There are fifteen Senior Centers throughout the Lincoln Trail service area. Senior centers serve as a focal point for seniors to socialize with one another and meet new friends. Many of the centers offer education, health promotion, outreach services, socialization, and games. A nutritionally balanced congregate meal is provided each day the center is open. Attendees may wish to spend the whole day or just part of the day. If a senior does not drive, transportation can be provided through TACK.

Senior centers are open to anyone over the age of sixty.

Cost:

There is no fee to attend a Senior Center. Meals are provided at no cost to seniors, although donations are encouraged.
