• This is a statewide list of transportation projects identified by transportation committees, local officials, or general assembly members. It is maintained by the KYTC Division of Planning and is often modified by ADD Transportation Staff to improve readability. The UPL contains information from Project Identification Forms, including the project description, cost estimates, and prioritization history.
